Our Full Service

Laura's Lodge Day nursery was established on 1 February 2002. Our team includes, 17 highly motivated nursery nurses, the majority of whom have been part of the Laura’s Lodge family for 10+ years. This also includes staff who have been with Laura’s Lodge since it was established.

Will my child get adequate exercise and fresh-air?

At the nursery we have a large playground with a range of outdoor toys and activities. Depending on weather conditions children are encouraged to go outdoors on a regular basis under strict supervision from designated members of staff. Younger children will be taken for walks in buggies and prams.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes. We are registered with the main childcare voucher providers.

How does the nursery deal with managing behaviour?

In accordance with our Behavioural Management Policy we believe children should be encouraged to display acceptable behaviour through praise, encouragement and an understanding of how they should behave. There is strictly no form of physical punishment.
